This is a great lunch box. I can fit everything i need and it keeps it cool until lunch (with cool packs). However i reduced the score due to the position of the long strap. They're too low on the bag and if you use it it turns upside down. Very frustrating and surely an obvious design flaw.

I haven't yet actually used this cool it bag so will update once I have . I bought the bag friday ans received it yesterday (I'm a prime member).I have had a good look over the bag and so far I am really impressed.I have to follow a special diet due to health reasons so it means I have to take food where ever I go as there are very few foods i can buy when out on the road traveling.I have a large cool it bag which I usually use if travelling for a few days but I needed a cool it bag that was large enough to fit all my food/ snacks in for one days worth travelling. (I had been using a small kids tigger lunch bag but it was getting a pain as it wasn't big enough to use with ice packs).This bag seems really great for size. I have photographed it with some tubs in and bottles/cans of what I would usually take with me so you can get an idea of size.It has one main large compartment which zips open/closed. The zip seems like a good sturdy zip and is easy to open and close. I was able to fit in two ice packs and two of the glass containers i would usually use. There was still space left for at least two more ice packs and a few more bits.All compartments are lined in silver insulated material.There is a second smaller compartment on the top of the bag. It can be accessed by a smaller opening (zip) on the side of the bag (which you can use when the main compartment is zipped shut) or you can access it when the main compartment is zipped open. There is a panel that separates the larger compartment from the top. You can only access this zip when the main compartment is zipped open.The top compartment I have photographed with a bottle and can plus an ice pack, and there was still room left for another can and a thicker ice pack. It would easily fit four cans in, but you may struggle to get an ice pack in as well.There is a mesh pocket split into three at the back of the bag where you could store medication tubs (like me!) or small packets of condiments.There are two pockets on the front, one that has a flap and zelcros shut (I have photographed with some chocolate in), and one that is just a slip pocket (I have photographed with some herbal coffee bags in).The bag will fold flat when empty and comes in a plastic pouch that you can keep it in.As I haven't yet used the bag, I will have to update with how it gets on with keeping things cold.Overall from what I can see and how much I have stuffed in it, it is a really handy bag and I would highly recommend.
