Just what I needed for a torn anterior tendon. relieves the pain. Helps in walking.

You may need a wider width or shoe size. I took the insole out first put in the device and replaced the insole for comfort and more cushioning

I bought a pair of these that cost me $600 but because my muscles were so weak and I had to use different shoes I didn’t like it at the beginning.But I think we practice this would be a good thing since I can see my foot are coming up much better.
