Love it! I'm free of hormones at last. We only have sex on green days. It kind of turns my husband on. He asks: "what colour is it today?". If I say green he goes crazy. It's so funny. If it's red then I have condoms close by but to be honest after a few years of marriage the green lights in the machine are plenty for us. Also I have a bedside lamp so turned it on on the first few days so back light it's bot necessary at all. I read people complaining about it. It will save battery this way and last longer and now I got used to it and take my temperature in the dark as I know which bottom to press and go back to sleep. Complicated on first day but boy so easy now. Like they said, read instructions carefully. And keep mobiles far away. It actually helps me cos I have to walk to turn alarm off. So I take my temperature everyday at 7:05am as it's the time I have to be up on Saturday to go to work, other days I still take my temperature at 7:05 and go back to sleep till 7:30. I do his cos it's best to let ladyconp to wake you up. I love it. Didn't have the money to buy it before, it has been 3 years I kept reading reviews and now I saved the money and bought it. Well worth it. It doesn't matter to me the it doesn't look fancy or doesn't have back light, so what? It does the job really well.

After deciding to go the natural route with contraception I took a long time to come to the decision of using the Pearly, and I am so glad that I chose it. It is so easy to use, and I am much happier with this than I was using the pill. I understand my body's rhythm much better, and this little device helps so much with this! The company the Pearly is sold through were wonderful too, I would highly recommend them - very supportive and assisted me with making the right choice. All in all, if you are thinking of going this route with regard to contraception, or if you are trying for a baby, this monitor is a wonderful choice, along with the company!

At first I thought it was a bit complicated to use, but I soon got used to it. It's very safe and accurate.

The Pearly battery only lasted a year. We requested it to be repaired/replaced under warranty. Only after dozens of emails, phone call attempts, complaining to Amazon, and leaving negative feedback on Amazon - did the company ask us to send them back the pearly, we had to pay to ship it to them. They then offered us to upgrade to Lady-Comp if we paid the difference, which we did. They also transferred the data from the old Pearly to the new lady comp before sending it, and shipped it to us to our new overseas address which was great. Overall it took 6 months since we made initial contact with the company about the fault and until we got the new unit, which was way too long. Other issues we had with the Pearly:1) no backlight, and not clear what last reading was. 2) If missing a reading one morning, and you did not reset you alarm clock, it will not allow you to take a reading the next morning, we couldn't find a way to force the Pearly to take a reading with the alarm in disabled mode. overall the lady-comp seems a better investment than the pearly. Customer service could be improved, 6 months is just too long to replace faulty product under warranty... We are now happy with our new Lady-Comp.

I've been using Pearly for a few months now, and to be honest, while it's convenient to measure the temperature without the immediate need to get up and write it down, using this device is a really annoying experience. For what it does and mainly for how it's been built this should not be worth more than £50. Such an outdated design for so much money! It feels really cheap, no such a basic feature as backlight is a big disadvantage. It caused me problems at the beginning resulting in missed temperature readings, where I thought I had measured my temperature following the beeps made by the device and went back to bed, but later when I checked it, the reading wasn't there. So now I have to turn the lights on after measuring the temperature every morning to see if it's been done correctly. I knew what I was buying and that this option wasn't there, but I didn't realise how frustrating this would be once put in practice. I know that LadyComp is the more advanced tool, but I don't want to/I can't be taking a CDplayer-like thermometer everywhere I go (I travel a lot). I'm very disappointed, and it's a real shame that no work has been done to upgrade this gadget with those little things, because the overall concept is really good.

I really want to love this but, as mentioned in previous reviews, the build quality is really not reflecting the considerable cost of the device. As far as I know it works well as i've been using for 1 year on & off with no unexpected results! But I keep straying to other methods or apps etc as the lack of backlight is frustrating,and the programming system (date, altering time, setting alarm, inputting existing data etc) is really fiddly and convoluted so just became annoying. I feel a bit let down by the cost v's the product I got to be honest.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the pearly! I've been using it for 2 years and it's amazing. Tracks my cycle perfectly, and is super easy to use. No awful chemicals or invasive methods. They also replaced the battery for me, and gave me a full report which flagged up that I have a hormone imbalance and natural ways to correct it. Had it not been for the Pearly I would never of found this out! Thank you so much, it's an amazing product and I'd give 100 out of 5 if I could!

excellent.I’ve use it for 20+ years. First the lady comp version and later this smaller version “pearly”. Super accurate. Helps understand your own body. And follow a natural birth control. I really recomend it.

Works perfectly!Edited after 3 years of use, couldn’t ask for a better product! Worked wonderfully after the birth of my child, and still going strong. Totally recommend this to all my friends.

Ci può stare... per il momento se Dio vuole non sono DI NUOVO papà quindi sta facendo il suo dovere.Comunque resta una delusione in rapporto al suo prezzo.

I love this alternative to chemicals in my body. Found about the pearly through my friend that utilizes it. At first I was lazy to read the instructions so I was using it wrong, but I watched their YouTube video and I have all the settings right now.I hate military time so that I had to get used to and waking up early to use it, but I like it so far and I haven't gotten pregnant, lol.It's a nifty little device definitely worth investing in. I care about my body.

For the longest time, I have been a believer in birth control that is based in the science of the reproductive cycle. I have used the Pearly for two years, and it has worked so well. I had begun to recognize the physical signs that coincided with the temperature fluctuations.As I invested a significant amount of money in this product, I was expecting it to last for many years, to the point where I could even use it for the opposite reason: to pinpoint when I could best get pregnant.Unfortunately, after having a few (what I thought to be) faulty battery issues, the company told me that it seemed my circuit board stopped functioning properly and that I'd have to get a new one, which they could offer me 10% off.I was a little aggravated, as I only had it a hair over 2 years. With all of this said, I think that I am in the minority, as all I've heard about the product was that it was well-made to last a long time. Who knows.If you buy one, it really works, especially if you are regular. I would consider buying it again. Maybe I just got an off one from the production line.
