HP C2N92AE 920XL High Yield Original Ink Cartridges, Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow, Multipack

What can I say? It's the ink I need for my printer. It's not a bad price, it produces a pretty good quality print, although I wouldn't use the printer I have for photos. It does the job.Also don't believe the people who keep saying that this is 'fake' ink. It's the same stuff you'd buy in the shops, or have sent directly from HP it just cost a couple of quid less.

Good quality and excellent value

These 4 ink cartridges are genuine HP. I installed them in my HP 6500+ printer. The screen confirmed genuine cartridges installed. Printer works beautifully. It may all seem pretty obvious but I ordered 're-manufactured, compatible' cartridges from another supplier first and these were rejected by the printer. Not the fault of the initial supplier as they had clearly labelled the product but be aware your HP printer may not take to 'compatibles'.

Original HP products are quality but come at a price. I’ve tried cheaper alternatives and got frustrated with messing with cartridges. Originals are expensive but they work!!

I bought this item from Amazon on 16th Oct 15, when I installed my previous cartridge, as like may people, I always like to have one on hand, rather than waiting for the ink to run out, then having to wait several days without a printer for the new one to arrive.As the cartridges don't always run out at the same time, I had installed one or two of the colours, before the Black Cartridge said it needed to be replaced.When I replaced the Black Cartridge, I thought nothing more of it. But the next time I printed, even though the Cartridge Indicator showed full (and still does, the black part of the print didn't print. I took it out and installed it again, and it still didn't work. So I wasn't sure if ti was the cartridge or printer playing up, though the printer has worked perfectly for years.So I had to rummage in the bin for the previous Black cartridge, which I re-installed. It showed empty on the indicator but was able to scrape out a black print fine. So I re-installed the new Cartridge and it then printed ok.Now 3 or 4 weeks later, even though the Cartridge is still showing Full, it has stopped again, and only the colours are printing. I've just gone to the Orders page to process a return, so Amazon can track what's wrong with this with their supplier, but it says I have passed the time.With items like this, which you need to buy before you need them, so you don't have days where you can't print, there should be a longer return time.

I think these cartridges are good and are easy to install. I do think they are expensive but then we are paying for the HP brand.They are good quality though.

Purchased a set of 4 on 7th Jan 2024. They did not come in an HP box but just loose although in HP wrappers . However, because you don't get a box you can not tell the warranty date until you unwrap the cartridge. Having just installed a replacement cartridge I note the warranty end date is 29 Nov 2022!"The Warranty Ends date, which is marked on all HP ink supplies products, indicates the period during which the product is warranted to be free from defects."That said the product does work and I have used this supplier before with no problems
