This was a present for my brother-in-law, who lives in Scotland - it caused quite a stir and he beamed when people started calling him Laird!! Good gift for the person who has everything. Came in a lovely box which made it seem a bit more special

Having orderd this as a gift on the 4th of august imagine my suprise when on the 7th of september I am still awaiting its arrival!!!! To say that this is shoddy is a massive understatement, very very disapointed and frustrated!

I bought this as a present to a friend, it is cheap and an hilarious present, which everyone found funny, it's nice that the box is full of stuff explaining the process and the land, and it's a brilliant present! Come on, who doesn't want to be able to tick the Lord/Lady box on doctors forms?

Brought as a gift easy instructions

I got this as a birthday present, delivery was quick but I was a little disappointed when I received the gift pack and also when the real certificate was sent out. I have bought other gift sets in the past with much better presentations.In all fairness, the price is good for what you get - and I received the real certificate within days, but there are a lot of details that could be done better.For example when you receive the real document, it's all just a colour copy, even the so called official lawyer's signature. Looks a bit not too official to me. Again, for the price you pay it's alright and it's a nice gift idea for those who've already got everything.

Rather cheap presentation = square of plastic turf really cheapened the concept. However service was excellent.

Bought for my daughters 18th birthda, we normally refer to her as a princess but this was the nearest we could get!!
