Suitable For Small Spaces
Installed this in my front patio and it puts out enough heat to take the edge off the cold at 80 inches above the floor. Looks nice, lightweight, really easy to install and operate. Disappointed it doesn’t come with the required battery to operate the remote.

Warm and out of the way
The media could not be loaded. We needed a heater for outside and was excited to get the opportunity to try this one, since I could hang it up and not worry about tripping over it. I did not have an outlet near the seats on the deck, so I got an extension cord that works with a light socket… Perfect!We had a cold front and I got to try it out yesterday. It works really well and has a few options for heating combinations (see video). Note: it has two power switches… One is a flip switch that allows power, and the other is a push button that lets you adjust which elements are on (left side, right side, both sides, both sides with light, neither side with light, completely off). It came with a remote that requires a little disc battery (not included) that lets you adjust which elements are on (left side, right side, both sides, both sides with light, neither side with light, completely off). Barely good
Not great as a hanging patio heater. Does not give off much heat and you have to be STANDING not sitting right under it to feel anything and that’s still barely ok. It’s only 6 feet from the ground and I’m 5.1.

Several items are not included in order to install. Heat output is weak at best
The heat is weak. I had it on high for a while and couldn't feel the heat. It is currently hanging from the ceiling and is about 4 feet away, does not put out the heat as advertised. In addition no battery included for remote not eye hooks to install in the ceiling, electric cord is only about 3 feet so and extension cord is required if your outlet isn't close by. OVERALL heat output is WEAK. Do not buy!

Great heat output
I use this at my outside tiki bar. This thing heats up fast, but puts out a good deal of heat.It is very easy to install.It’s well made.You just plug it in. No need for an electrician.

Good Customer Service
I had a problem with the unit but customer service was excellent and they replaced the unit. Would def buy from them again.
