I have no idea but if arrived quickly and is simple & quick to juice lemon etc. Does a good job and easy to wash. Wherever it comes from I’d buy from them again.

Will this juicer fit the rim of a standard pint glass?

Not too sure what you're after here? It won't fit in one till sit across the top of a glass? You don't really need to put it on anything because by definition it juices things and collects the juice.

Is it big enough for oranges

I use it for both but really big oranges need a bit of care
