Excellent bed fit for purpose

Good product, price ok, delivery was a mare! All in all, would I buy again,,,,yes, but hopefully delivery would be better. Saw some reviews about bed smelling of chemicals,,, it doesn't. My partner (who the bed was for) loves it and how it has improved her sleep/comfort.

The bed is fantastic value for money and being disabled I tend to spend a lot of time normally tossing and turning trying to get comfortable, much easier now and I can honestly say I'm much more rested in the morning. Will save up for thicker mattress, not much thicker just a little bit. Love this bed.😊

The bed was not a quality build and more importantly, it was not safe as the mattress had no means of being secured to the base.We bought the bed for my 91 year old mother who was having difficulty getting out of bed. She needed to be able push herself up from the bed, with this bed the mattress would have slid away leaving her to fall.Raised a return through Amazon straight away only for the company to request images - said they wouldn't get any as it was now dismantled awaiting collection. They insisted that they have images before processing the return - told them that they had no legal right and that I had a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to return the bed.Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first AVOID

The beds have proved to be a fantastic product, excellent value for money and if anybody asks, my response would by "Go and buy it, it's the best thing I have ever bought, at last a comfortable nights sleep".

The bed is really good and it does exactly what is says. My only gripe is with how long I had to wait for delivery, It took ages. I was given several delivery dates and the bed failed to materialise and I was given different reasons, really annoying!

Fabulous for the price, stopped my back ache immediately from susing this bed enables me to adjust keeping a slight bend in my back whilst sleeping rather than getting up fairly straightforward to assemble for somebody with reasonable DIY skills, a ust have if you suffer from back pain while in bed.

Ordered the bed for my mum to make life a little easier in later years,she has been using the bed for a few weeks now and I feel all is well.The bed base at first seemed a little flimsy but once fully in position with the adjustable section attached seemed to stiffen the structure up,the motor is very quiet and does all positions as per specification the memory foam mattress is very supportive.The delivery was on time but included in the price through Amazon was the setting up off the bed as this is a two person job due to its size and weight and NO instructions included,upon asking the delivery men they said " we do not set these beds up but looks simple enough" and they left.I managed assemble the bed myself but I can appreciate that many people may not be able to do this so if the bed turns up and the men refuse to setup get straight on the phone to the helpline number before they leave,I did contact the supplier prier to delivery & they assured me set up was included.At this time we are please with the purchase & would recommend the bed but please make sure setup will be carried out.The date is now 1/7/2013 I have ordered a new mattress(pocket sprung)as the original memory foam one seems to be out off shape and has taken the shape off the bottom support(curved)I feel could be the cause off back pain now being experienced,memory foam mattress are not for everybody we are going to try this one to see if all ok.
