I very much recommend it, as an adult who needs a fidget gadget.I've got a few fidget gadgets now, this one is my favourite and most used.Fits really well, on the second try.I had to replace the first one because I ordered too big but now I've got the right size its.jist right.Really helps me maintain attention.The rotations works fine, both move independently.It's quiet.It'll clink a little if you do it fast or tap it as you do. It'll feel like it's scraping if you press hard.Whilst wearing it, I like to try and hold one band still with a finger then rotate the other with my thumb.

Wow this ring came in a fancy box and the ring looked really expensive. We brought it for my autistic son and he loves it! It’s really smooth to spin and fits well. My son is so happy with it. 😊

I bought this ring to help with anxiety but, after just over a month, the colour has started to rub off onto my finger where I spin the ring!! Very disappointed as the return window has now closed. Obviously a cheaply made ring...don't bother.
