Oregon539172 Professional Harness for Supporting Brushcutter & Strimmer (Black)

Used on a few occasions for 4/5 hours at a time. It's comfortable & good value for money. I've compared it to a rival costing 3/4 times the price & for comfort in using it was every bit as good. However the quality of materials felt & looked cheaper. For the price I think this is a very good harness. I've seen other people complaining about the release clip on other reviews but the clips were the same on both harnesses I had & both worked fine.

Arrived within days. Excellent sturdy design with easy-clip for safety detachment. The belt is unique, unlike my old one, this one goes half way round the body. Plenty of support straps you can adjust for comfort, and for the money, the quality is very good. Recommended, if you use a petrol brush cutter (like me) for long periods.

Before I got this I couldent to more than 3 to 5 hours strimming before my lower back hurt. Today I did 8 hours strimming only stopping for a rest when I was thirsty or moving a couple things. Used over 4 lieters of 2 stroke strimming thick nettles and brush on un evan terrain and after it I am knackers but only in my muscles from all the hard work mainley legs and arms. My back feels fine where using the strimmer used to make my back ache after 3 hours. Only downside is it could do with a bit more adjustment options and maybe some places to stoor small tools like pockets loops or clips or a place to carry a drink with you

A great quality harness made by a trusted name. Very comfortable to wear and adjusts very easily, good value for money .

This harness is comfortable, well padded, good value and well-made. My only criticism is the hook that secures the brush-cutter - it's strong and sturdy but the gape is too narrow to easily and quickly attach and detach the tool, I'd like to see a wider gape or flared hook.Would I buy one again? Yes.

For the price it's good. Clearly made for right hand users. I'm around 5ft 9" and despite making the straps as tight as they'll go this harness just moves around and becomes uncomfortable. It's great for my partner to use as he has a broader back and is taller. Easy to get the strimmer on and off.
