I have had this product for about a month or so and unfortunately I'm highly disappointed with pretty much all of it..Here's why...The jets that are meant to spray the solution into the carpet are quite literally an uneven dribble and controlled by a flimsy squeeze trigger. And then there is no sucking back up motion at all.. I believe it is due to its poor build quality/design. Yes the sucking is there but it doesn't work at all... the only way I can make it suck out the solution from the carpet is by standing on the front of the Hoover to push the sicky bit down into the carpet. Hilarious to watch but not to do.. I have to hop along with one leg while the other is applying as much pressure as my body weight will allow to the front of the Hoover all while trying to push it along in somewhat of a straight line...This is an honest review and if I had a third hand I would record my hoovering attempts with this disaster of a hoover.I can say that it is light and compact but if it doesn't work then there's no point in pointing out it's good bits... oh and I haven't even mentioned the noise but this is because it is sort of expected due to the product being what it is.In short, terrible product that doesn't work unless your an acrobat and happy to make a job 10 times harder than getting on your hands and knees and scrubbing...(After reading other reviews, I must have been sent a faulty product as most other people are more than happy with it and they can't all be hopping around like hoovering idiots...)

loved it.Simple to assemble and simple to use.Could do with another meter on the cord as i had to use an extension to finish the all house.Other than that, all good.wish my vacuum would had same power of suction. Even after vacuum the carpet a lot of fur came out of it but the carpet washer did a brilliant job removing it without clogging up.

So disappointed, have only used it twice. When putting the part that holds the water on a piece of plastic broke off so now unusable! I am nearly 70 and not very strong, it surely should be a lot more robust than it is.

Let me start by telling you I have a dog who's not as of yet house trained, so she does her business allover the carpet and the smell quickly becomes pungent. I bought this along with two bottles of vax carpet cleaner and the smell has completely gone!! It's lightweight and not as noisy as expected! It's also taken the tomato sauce marks out too from my 3 year old. Recommend to anyone looking for a brilliant carpet cleaner!

Machine was easy to assemble and looks good.That's it though.Firstly It has a terrible spray mechanism. water just sort of drips onto the carpet.Worse though, is that it does not suck up any water. It just gets blocked all the time with the cleaned carpet detritus. That is after hoovering the carpets with a powerful Miele hoover.The suction ports are inadequate and the tiny filter on top of the suction motor is a joke.Have to stop and clean the machine every two minutes.NO water gets into the water tank. The carpet just remains wet.The machine must of been designed by an idiot.I would of better of using a sponge and towel.I have sent it back after two failed and frustrating attempts at using it.DO NOT BUY

I'm only going to give it 4 stars because I've only had it a short time....but my front room carpet is a completely different colour!! Well, that's a wee exaggeration, but it has gone from black coffee with a dash of milk to an attractive cappucino colour in one use of this machine. We used to live in a bigger house and every summer we hired a carpet washer, a heavy wee round machine called Henry (really, name on his side), with complicated tubes and nozzles and did the carpets. We picked him up on the Saturday morning and had to have him back before 9:00 on the Monday and it was a really horrible weekend but our carpets were cleaned of the muck of 2 adults, 2 messy boys and 2 cats. But the hiring place is no more and I have downsized in all but the number of cats....so I thought I'd invest. And it's great so far. Mind you, I don't think I've ever felt such a disgusting slob as I did having to clean out all the horrible gunge from the machine. But... Well worth every penny. And it's MINE. I don't have to do all the carpets this weekend. Yaaay!! Probably should have given it the 5 stars.

Read this was too lightweight and noisy. Yep it's fantastic and easy and light to use and yeah it's noisy but who cares when the machine works sooooo well. What a price. Great for dealing with the Dacshund messes.
