Good product but no after sales
Good looking product...but unable to use as there is no information on how to install it....can someone from the company pls connect with us....Update: finally managed to connect with installer...we opened the product in front of after sales person and found inconsistencies in quality (see attached pictures)....since we bought it online and return window had closed we couldn't do anything except to accept a faulty product ...third party after sales person could care less about customer experience at this point...better to buy after seeing product in store.....
