Got this for a small living room to add height and a small footprint. Relative easy to assemble. One extra hand would have helped. Took me about 40 minutes to assemble. Love the look and the lighting properties of the piece. Lots of light!

I love how tall this light is and the fact that the three arms can move in different directions. I also love that you can decide if you want only one, two or all three lights on. We have no overhead lighting in our mid-century modern home so this light provides most of the light for my office. Its fairly small base 9" wide x 12" long means it doesn't take up a great deal of floor space. Assembly was fairly easy, but the screws are very small. I love the suggestion of putting down a bed sheet on the floor to assemble the lamp on. This way WHEN you drop one or more of the tiny screws they will be much easier to find.

The only thing we didn't care for was the difficulty in putting it together AND the turn knob is a bit cheap feeling. It does not have a positive click feeling for the 3 different lighting positions. It will light 1, 2, or all 3 shades. I feel like we are breaking it when we turn it on. However it was the only lamp we could find that would fit behind our sofa in the corner. Instead of the vertical post coming out of the center of the (nicely heavy) base, it comes off of one edge. Which makes more sense for balance. That alone allowed us another 2 inches to fit it into the space we needed it to go into. It looks attractive as well. It would have been nice to have it alexa enabled so we could turn it on with voice.

So much better than forking over so much money for the same kind of thing. Sturdy and bright, lively finish not too cheap of a gold

Lamp is delivered as pictured. It is kind of hard to assemble the middle pieces as you cram in the cord and have the hit the threading just right, but looks great when complete.

I really like the function of this lamp - good brightness and being able to use only one or two of the lamps, if the not needed. I ended up using it for the screened in balcony because it looked too casual in our living room. My husband struggled a bit with assembly, but won in the end.

We bought this for a project - we replaced the included shades with handmade shades.The fit and finish of the pole, arms and base are all very good. The base is made of an off-white marble. Quite hefty, no danger of the light tipping over. Compared to other torchieres at this price, it's a bargain.One complaint, which is not unique (at all) about this product: the packaging.Why, on Earth, is styrofoam even legal? It is not recyclable, it is not biodegradable and, no matter how careful we are: a good amount always breaks off and floats into the environment. Nasty, pernicious stuff. C'mon OEMs, let's purge packaging of styrofoam!

1. the screw threads to put the three sections together to make the central shaft/cylinder are not robust: it is not easy to put together due to bad-shallow threads that easily go bad.2. the lights arms are not flexible: the curves look elegant, but cannot be adjusted/are not flexible.3. the curves part that holds light, is not easy to assemble as well: very small screws that do not hold the curves while assembling, things fall apart..if you are lucky to put everything together, and it stays put, then the product does look elegant.
