We have had this make of chicken brick for 30+ years.The change to a flat inside bottom that is also now glazed. Now it is perfect.

I have been using a Roemertopf for years and years, for roasting, baking, stews and curries. Now my son and my grandson are using one. In fact, the one I have just ordered is for my grandson, aged 15, who has used mine a couple of times and is impressed how easy it is to cook a delicious roast with very little fuss.

I really like to do meals with this that cook while I'm out for an errand. You simply soak the pot in water for a while, then throw all the ingredients inside, and put it in the cold oven, switch it on and leave it for an hour. When you get back, you have a delicious meal waiting for you.A word of warning, though: my oven switches off automatically after the timer has rung a certain number of times. With this pot it is pretty hard to burn anything, but if you are an hour later than you thought you would be... I'm not giving any guarantees!

I always use this product when cooking roast meat or chicken. It never fails to produce tender, succulent food. I even have one large enough to cook a turkey.

Well worth the price, you just can't beat the taste of meat cooked in a clay pot.

Exactly as I expected. Slow cooks red meat in wine really well. Not so good for chicken unless raised off the base. Really pleased with it.

Ich wollte immer schon einen Römertopf. Heute sind die Romertopfd innen am Unterteil beschichtet, etwas eingefettet löst sich alles gut vom Topf. Egal ob Döppekooche, Hähnchen oder Lamm-Keule in Rotweinjus, alles gelingt wunderbar. Seit ich ihn habe ist er fast wöchentlich im Einsatz. Auch gedünsteten Gemüse ist toll. Forellen auf Gemüse gelingen hervorragend

If you haven't done clay-pot cooking try it. Submerge your lid in water. Put your carrots, potatoes, meat onions etc. in cold pot in cold oven. Turn up temp per instructions. Delicious!

Pentola molto bella ,pratica da usare perchè anche verificando la cottura e dovendo sollevare il coperchio non ci si scotta le mani cosa molto importante per me.Cuoce senza grassi e va infornata con forno freddo alzando la temperatura in modo graduale.Sono presenti istruzioni in italianoLa misura che bo acquistato consente la cottura di un pollo intero per esempio.

Genial!!! Hice pescado con patatas y verduras y quedó todo super gustoso, tierno, y sin apenas echar aceite.. El propio vapor ya hace caldito... Fácil de limpiar. Eso si cd sale del horno sale quemando no lo siguiente jjj y aguanta mucho el calor.. Muy buena compra. 😊🙌
