Extremely good product to use at home or when traveling and was a great alternative to the gym for me during the coronavirus lockdown. I feel the same after an intensive workout in the gym.The band is extremely strong and easy to hold and doesn’t require a weight training gloves. And the number of things you can do with this band is endless. Extremely versatile, you can adjust the length to suit the level of intensity.With the quality of this band, I have the feeling that it’s going to last me for a very long time. In addition, it takes no space at all compared with dumbbells or others gym equipment; I just hook it to the door.

This is awesome! I was struggling to do pull ups and becoming frustrated. Using the resistance band is getting my confidence back and assisting me, progressing to do them without assistance. absolutely love it. But you must get the right one for you!

There are a range of exercise bands out there, and it is crucial to know what kind of bands work for what function. These bands are FANTASTIC for assisted pull-ups: they are sturdy, flexible and carry a lot of weight. Be sure to research carefully that you are buying a type of resistance band that suits your workout program - it can be confusing! I do find these ones a little bulky but that is not the fault of the manufacturers. For my program, I would prefer the bands that come with detachable handles - they can be a lot cheaper as well.

I got the purple band only and for me its perfect. if your a male and youve been to the gym and got those initial beginner gains than purple would be what you want, by varying the length of the band im able to workout a lot of things from my back to forearms.but for shoulder presses you would need a weaker one black maybe even red. when i do lateral raises or anything of the sort i cant even do half a rep with the purple one.so I recommend everyone get the purple and black combo.but if you want to work out your lower body with these bands than you will definitely need the green/blue ones.

Bought this recently because my gym is shut and I found it impossible to buy free-weights. Having used resistance bands a few times now I'm really impressed with them in general and this product is very good. I will probably switch from free-weights to bands entirely and save myself a small fortune in gym fees.Have a look at some of the resistance band workouts on YouTube etc., to get an idea of what you can do with them.However, I have to agree with a previous post that whoever is selling this item appears to be profiteering from the current situation and I won't be buying from this seller again. £32 for a resistance band just seems greedy, so look for a cheaper seller.

Great product works with my wall bars. Also works very well on its own...great would recommend.

With the lockdown, and not being able to go to the gym, these are a great product for doing a home workout. You ache the following days - just like in a workout with dumb bells!
