Well......
It's definitely pretty much plug and play, but that's only after after you fight with the over tightened screws, or rounded off screws from the factory assembly along with the corrosion of some fittings before you even get to remove the heating element from its enclosure.Can really try your patience, and you can trust me on that.After all of this and put back together, I still get the same damn " H E " code on my Samsung display. I've given up. Time for a new one. That being said, the Samsung dryer has lasted for 14 years without any other issues, so I guess that's impressive, right ? to

This is dangerous
Something in this kit failed and allowed the element to get way too hot. The part had to be replaced after the first use. Fortunately the breaker popped and the dryer was shutdown before it cause any damage to anything else. I will also have to replace the drive belt as it also got way too hot. I replaced the parts for the second time with all factory approved parts. Do not take shortcuts.

6 MONTHS AND BACK TO THE SAME PROBLEM
INSTALLED THIS THE END OF AUGUST. MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY AND ITS FAILED.....I GUESS ITS MY FAULT BC I READ THE REVIEWS AND LOOKS LIKE THEY DESIGN THESE TO LAST JUST LONG ENOUGH TO BE OUTSIDE THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

Failed after 6 weeks
This heating element worked great for 6 weeks, then broke. I opened the dryer up and several parts from the coils came falling out. This is a poorly made part. Spend the extra money and buy an actual Samsung brand element.

Great match for not being Samsung part
We purchased item since we were able to get it fast from Amazon. Samsung was 2 weeks delivery time. The heating element was a great match, other parts had a different number than the parts on the dryer so it was a little difficult to install. Overall dryer is working great.

Used it for three weeks and burned out again I bought a better unit
