So... bought the "Gaming System" to play online games. However, the OS wouldn't allow me to install BlackDesertOnline and some other applications. I've been an IT professional for over 25 yrs but could NOT bypass/turn off the settings keeping the game from loading. I purchased Windows Pro and did a clean install, now it works... for another $100. Also... the keyboard is TERRIBLE for gaming. If you buy it... be sure to get a mechanical keyboard to go with. Definitely regret going with this model.

This laptop really pisses me off. It COULD be an awesome machine, but the Razor keyboards just SUCK! The key travel is tiny and its mechnical. Its difficult to type on and the puncuation symbols arent backlit! Try typing on this thing in the dark, good luck! If that isnt frustrating enough your paying almost 4 grand and your getting a 512GB SSD drive, thats it?!Also, the mouse is all jacked up, obviously its on the far right and your natural instinc is to touch below the track pad, that will take some getting used to for sure. But at the end of the day the keyboar is just HORRID. If you could put the SurfaceBook 2 keyboard on this laptop it would be a slam dunk. This machine also gets extremely hot pretty much doing nothing but emails and web surfing. I currently have a SB2 15" and i will be switching back to that and sendingthis one back. The kebyoard is HORRIDLBE, let me repeat!! HORRIBlE.

I am in love with this laptop. I've almost had it a year and I couldn't be happier with the performance overall. Razer customer support is really helpful as well.
