So this is an initial review after only trying the product for the first time this morning. I have used Mia Adora prior to this, which I absolutely loved but could not get hold of any more. I tried Younique and was pretty disappointed with it - although it added length, the volume was tricky to obtain and I found myself reapplying half way through the day due to the fibres coming off.I followed the instructions and applied a coat of the gel first. I was not hopeful as the first coat of gel left my lashes quite stuck together. But I persevered and applied the second coat of gel followed immediately by the fibres. I applied a second coat of gel and fibres and the result was amazing! Really volumptious and pretty good length too!However, the initial result was short lived as I lost some fibres throughout the morning...as with any 3d fibre mascara though, sometimes you need to perfect the application to get the perfect result so I am hoping with a bit of practice I can get the results to last the duration of the day. I am hopeful as initially when I first used Mia Adora, the application was a bit hit or miss but once I got the application right the result was super!Regardless of my negatives, 3d fibre lash mascara (particularly this brand and Mia Adora) are far better than any strip or individual lash extensions, any other mascara on the market. I have been using fibre lashes for about 5 months now and have had no lash damage or allergic reaction.

No matter how I try, I can't seem to get on with fibre lashes. No matter what brand I use, I end up looking like I have attached garden spider legs to my eyelids, then sprayed with hairspray ... and that's not a good look for me. I carefully apply each layer of course but suddenly it all goes **** up and my eyelashes form a party and won't be split up.I think it's a great mascara, I'm just a numpty with weird lashes that refuse to cooperate!

This product is amazing. This is the first time I have used 3d mascara and I will never look back. I watched the Simply Naked Beauty video first and this helped me apply the mascara correctly. I am a bit messy when I put it on, however cotton buds are the answer to mopping up. I have now used it 4 times in my first week and my application is improving every time. For normal day time I only apply one coat of the flakes. My eyelashes are not naturally long and are blond at the tips and I am extremely impressed with this product. It is very waterproof and does stay on all day if applied correctly. I am not one for faffing around or pampering myself so I recommend this product as it has given me a very easy, quick way of enhancing my eyelashes with confidence. All my friends and family have noticed too.

This mascara has got to be the best ever! Easy to use and gives you the ability to build your lashes to whatever look you want. I am in my 50s and have sparse, short lashes but this mascara gives me the look of lash extensions. It also lasts all day without smudging and with no loose or fallen fibres to deal with. Great mascara dropped less fibres under my eye during the course of the day than other fibre mascaras I've tried and lasted all day!Bit fiddly to clean off at night but I guess that's why it lasts like it does during the dayWould recommend - give v long lashes - too long for me with two coats so will stick with the one coat for a daytime look

I am a big fan of these mascara duo sets and after giving a 2 star review originally , because I didn't think it was very good , the supplier contacted me direct ! The lady advised she thought my duo must be faulty , and insisted on a replacement ! This arrived this morning , and after trying it out , I am very pleased to report that this is now a 5 star review . This is so much better ! I've only used this once and had fibres all over the place. Took me forever to remove the loose fibres from the rest of my face. May have to experiment a little. The "HeyBeauty Volum'Express Waterproof false lash Effect Mascara" is much easier to apply and giving me the effect I need. I'm hoping I can re-purpose the beautiful case if I need to toss this item in the bin.

Ok first off ...read the instructions! I didn’t at first and made a right mess of things....secondly make sure you don’t over apply ...gel or the fibres...yes the fibres did spread around a bit to my nose etc...but the best way to deal with this is let it dry and sweep off with a dry brush....I love this product , it looks good love the case the well signed two containers and the brush to spread the eyelashes...so no clumping...totally best 3D fibre lash mascara
