Quality product
Great taste, gradually energizing, not like other energy gums which quickly release their caffeine. But at about $1.60 per piece, it’s a bit pricey. A real quality product.

I have been trying to quit chewing tobacco - the gum doesn't cut it - it does wake you up - loses flavor fast

Brain exercise
I use this to keep me awake and focused on work when the day drags, and have found it very effective. It seems to give my brain a lot of energy. I rather enjoy the taste. Never used it for sports, never seemed to have that need.

Flavor good, could be sweeter
Long time user of X8. Works well especially if your athletic and looking for the boost. Flavor good, could be sweeter. Will really push your endurance and better than GU Energy and you dont need to wash it down. Also massively helps with post soreness. I have tried all the gums and this is it as far as i am concerned.
