I am changing my review after a month of usage, from 5 stars to 1 star (would have given 0 if possible).The chair was fine, but the mesh was not at all fitted properly, within a month of using, the mesh came out of the fitting, then only I came to know that they just inserted the mesh in the socket, there is no way of making it stay as it is.For a product that costs more than 10K, this is not the quality I was expecting. It would have been better if there was a way to fix this, but as far as I checked , there is nothing.Edit : I am giving 5 stars back, within a week after raising the issue with the seller, I received new back panel. And now it's all good and comfy again, 5 stars for the customer care representative.

Chair is fine, but I was disappointed when it arrived with a broken part (height adjustment not working). Thankfully, the seller contacted me and offered to send the replacement part only so that I don't have to send it back and could keep using the chair while the replacement arrives.I still feel that packaging could have been better. But the seller response was good, so that's a positive. Other than that, the chair is fine for the price, I'd say 4/5.Edit: I got a cut on my foot due to sharp edges on the base of the chair. The metal legs are poorly finished.

It is very comfortable and perfect for office work and gaming. Provides very good thigh support.Assembling this chair was very easy. It took 10 mins using the provided tools.The only and major con is it makes squeaking noise all the time. It is a huge deal breaker. WD40 or a little bit of oil doesn’t solve the problem. You need to keep tightening the screws after a while.This is the same chair that is sold by other companies with a higher price. This is the cheapest deal I could find.Conclusion- Don’t buy.

One line review the chair is fully comfortable.It has adjustable arm rest and the best thing is you can move the seat back and forward. It keep your back steady. I am reducing star in ergonomic because my feet's are not touching ground during seating on chair. But if your table has foot rest then its good for you. Overall chair is good.

The media could not be loaded. Although the Hand rests are shaking because of loose bolts and low quality thread nuts and I have to tighten them one a month, it is worth the value of money spent.

1st time when I ordered this product, I got a faulty one. It was an ergolab product. Had branding tag on the seat. But the the seat (or the base or even the hydraulic) was tilted on one side. If you sit on the chair and rotate the seat in 360 degree, you can feel which side was tilted. Also the product was not brand new. The wheels seem to look pretty old, dust and dirt was there, surely it was already being used. The hydraulic had multiple dents and scratches, indicating it was plugged in and out multiple times. Also the arm rests and back rest had very minor scratched, which clearly says it was not a new product.I tried to replace it after speaking to ergolab suppport/seller (Did not connect with Amazon customer care). They took more than 1 week to arrange a replacement. Finally I didn't wait for more and initiated a return request through Amazon. Got the amount refunded within 3-4days.After getting the refund I placed an order again with this same product. Got it at 9965. This item I recieved has no ergolabs branding anywhere instead everywhere I see startshine branding (wheels, hydraulic). Not sure if it's at all an ergolab product or from some other brand. I am a little worried about the 3yrs warranty. If at all it will work since the product has some other brand's tag in it.But this item has no issue at all. It seems to be quite new (compared to the previous products i got. I had tried this same exact model from another brand and had given a detailed review on that product as well in amazon) even if not a brand new one. Seller says, mechanic will always try and assemble and then disassemble the item before it gets picked for delivery. So a little dust/mark will usually be there. So I am planning to keep it this time.It has good features like 2D (up-down, front-back) arm rest, 2D (angle adjustment with height) head rest, multiple tilt lock mechanism in back rest, seat can be brought forward and backward as well. One thing good about this item, it has a triangular shaped arm rests which makes less noise compared to oval shaped arm rest stands.It lacks only 1 feature, 3D (side wise) adjustment of arm rest, but again with this price, whatever we are getting are good enough and will be a GREAT deal if and only if seller delivers a defectless item

We are very happy with the Purchase & wish to inform that the features are really useful with regards to up/down position of chair, backward/forward positions, hand rest movements and head support movements. Overall the Office Chair is true value purchase. We strongly recommend it's Buy. SOUMITRI

The media could not be loaded. The Overall Product is Good but the Screws and Allen Key are of very Poor grade.I have to buy Myself Allen keys to Assemble the Very First time. They need to improve the Quality of Screws and Allen Keys.The Quality what one is expecting at this price is not upto mark.Edit : its been around 3-4 months hydraulic systems is not working anymore which is used to adjust the height and i tried contacting their customers service no response from them
