This is a nice mechanical keyboard, but unsuitable for my needs. I have poor vision and work in an office cubicle environment with dim lighting. I've been typing for decades, but I never learned to touch-type. As a result, I still need to glance at the keyboard from time to time. I need a keyboard with brightly lit keys that I can read easily. I purchased this one thinking that I could change the colors to a single, easy-to-see color. But the colors can't be changed, so some keys (green, and to a lesser extent, pink and orange) are readable, but some (especially blue and red) are not. So I'll need to find something different.Also, I'm new to the world of mechanical keyboards. I didn't know the blue switches would be clicky and loud. This is my fault, since I didn't research enough, and I'm not deducing for this. The noise is annoying to me and to my cubicle neighbors. I added o-rings, and they help, but it's still loud. When I replace it, I'll look for red switches (no click or tactile feedback) or brown (tactile feedback, but no click sound). Havit has a low-profile keyboard with blue keys (clicky) that I almost bought instead of this one. I contacted them, and they said they have a red switch version starting production now that should be available by the end of the summer. So I may give that one a try.

This keyboard is a super enjoyable experience to use. One thing about the keyboard that is very pleasuring is the responsiveness of the keys. The mechanical keys allow you to feel every key that you push, and gives you the surety that your desired button is clicked. The mechanical feel is a very premium feel, which is usually only present in $75+ keyboards. At only $40 it beats anything remotely close in price range. The mechanical feel is useful for both typing and gaming. Even though I absolutely love the responsiveness of the keyboard, my favorite feature of the keyboard would have to be the various rgb lighting effects. This keyboard is very customizable. From the light speed of the rgb lights, to the brightness of the keyboard, you can control it all. Oh, and did I mention that you can create a custom pattern of rgb lights on the keyboard. With gaming in mind the keyboard is great. There is an option to switch WASD controls to arrow keys controls in all games, and their is an mode that allows you to only focus on the WASD and arrow keys, by only lighting up those specific keys. Having all this said this keyboard is for people who want customization. With all the features that come on the keyboard, it is no doubt that the keyboard has a nice weight and length to it (even though it is not too heavy for all the features that it packs in) but, it is made for a very specific type of people, people that want to have a fully customizable experience, while still including all the keys you can possibly think of. This is not for people who want a simple and basic experience, it is for someone who wants more from a keyboard, and this is exactly what the keyboard does. Verdict: Keyboard is great if you are looking for a affordable, customizable keyboard, although not the best option if you are looking for something basic and simple.

REALLY nice feel and no drivers needed. The keycodes to get it to change modes are a bit obscure but as far as a keyboard goes, it's the bomb; best I've tried in a very long time.

I enjoy the ease of use and glad to have purchased the keyboard.

garbage. Keys popped off within a few minutes. Cheaply made. Just pure trash. Couldn't post a review or read reviews for a while.
