This is a nice addition to the community helper section of our classroom library.

I bought this book because the unit I was doing in school was community. So I read this community helper book to the children they loved it.

3yo LOVES cars and into ones with sirens. This is a very simple straight-forward introductory book for toddlers (not many pages, not many words on each page, very big print text, I think perfect for 3yo w shorter attention span haha).I love that this book includes OTHER ways to help and contribute as community service people. PLUS empowering diverse representation for child to learn from, with each page including both longer-haired and shorter-haired people, always with different complexions. SO important for kids to see great examples of all the helpers they can be!
