Sony DSX-A210UI Media Receiver with USB - Red

Upgrade from standard Aygo Stereo - looks nice with the fascia (Pic attached) Overall quality is good, fits well and was easy enough to install (30-40 minutes) this included taking out the old Stereo. Connectors that come with the Sony were Plug and Play, did not need to do any additional wiring as of yet (Somewhere mentioned about a yellow wire to save radio stations?) Usability is good, love the dial and all the buttons are accessible. Extra Bass button seems to work well so far, even on the standard speakers there is a difference in sound/feel. Overall sound quality has also improved.I would say for the price, this was a good improvement over the standard Stereo. I am not an audiophile but the change was significant enough that I am happy I made the purchase.

This is an awesome head unit its got great sound as you would expect from Sony. I love it. And for the price its a no brainer. No CD player, only radio, Aux IN and a USB. Simple to wire up but you may need to swap the RED wire for the YELLOW wire in other words reverse them as it won't memorise your radio stations. Brilliant. 10/10

I'm being completely honest when I say, it's taking me longer to write this review than it did to fit it. Fitted into a 2001 MK2 MGF. No connection issues, just a straight swap with the components supplied in the box. Looks and sounds great (not original speakers though, JVC CS-J620X in front for less than £20, and JVC CS-V4625 in rear bar for less than £30). Plenty of sound presets, picks up all FM/LW/MW stations without issue. MP3's play well via USB, tags displayed nicely, artist/song/album. For £36 it's an absolute bargain, don't hesitate to buy.

+ Easy to use and set up.+ Radio Tuner: stations are easy to preset and the preset channels do remain (contrary to some reports on the Internet).+ USB: works well with MP3 files on a USB stick. Allows you to navigate through the tracks using Previous and Next, but does not display the name of the track.+ AUX: Works as standard.+ Comes with a harness cable as shown in the picture.- Could not get it to detect my phone or my iPod via the USB interface (this is the only reason I have deducted a star). However, both iPod and my smartphone played perfectly fine via the AUX input.

Nice but didn't work in my fiat 500 for some reason. Think it's my car though not the item

Fitted it in my 1990 Mercedes 190. Also got matching Sony speakers. Great sound, easy to use, good price. All good in my opinion.

Bought this when it was £36.00 (22 April 2019)Sound is excellent.Did need to buy an extra external aerial booster for my car as my Skoda (VW) was originally fitted with a factory radio with built-in aerial amplifier.Also needed to swap red and yellow wires as VW and some other German cars seem to wire differently.
