Great kettle for pourover coffee
I use this gooseneck kettle for my coffee setup at my workplace. The Quality of the kettle is stellar and I really enjoy the temperature nob and buttons. When I use the kettle, I like to keep it on 'hold temperature' mode and haven't had any issue with that. While a minor feature, I adore the fact that the little screen tells you the current temperature of the water as well as what it is set to. There is just something fun about knowing the water temperature of the cold water you just poured in. Speaking of cold water, the time it takes to boiling takes a bit longer than my kettle at home, but I believe that's just the water I am using. I don't fault the kettle for that.Cleaning is relatively easy, however, I have not had to worry about limescale removal yet. Limescale is due to minerals in water, and the product came with a slip to explain how limescale affects your kettle and how to fix it. I appreciate that the manufacturer includes this.Lastly, this is my first gooseneck kettle and it's a joy to use to make pourover coffee. the flow rate is great and hope to use this kettle many years into the future.

Received replacement after the first one arrived scratched - Love it!
It’s so cute - I love it and it works as it should. If you see the photos that follow the first, you’ll see there were some scratches to the first one I received. I had Amazon create a return slip and for a replacement to be sent out once it was returned so I got a new one - free of scratches! I will note the slight crease you see by the handle was in both the first and second one I got. Hardly noticeable though so not that big of a deal to me.I’ll have to read the manual b/c the kettle’s default is to hold it at your desired temperature after the initial boil, which I personally don’t need it to do, so I’ll have to somehow disable it. Seems like a waste of power to me but I’m quite forgetful and would rather not have to worry about unplugging the kettle after every use.

Great kitchen aid.
Nice quality. Responsive buttons. Temp hold is very helpful. I love that I can dial the temp. to the exact degree. For example, The default boiling temperature is 212° but here in Denver water boils at around 202°, so I can set the lower boiling temperature or use a much lower temperature for gentle teas. For making sourdough I can even lower it down to 105° to bring the starter up to temp quicker without killing it.

Perfect functioning
The electric kettle works very well. It heats up quickly and maintains the temperature perfectly. It's very easy to operate. One thing to be careful about is the buildup of dirt due to the type of water at the bottom, so it should be dried thoroughly, and if there are any scale deposits, they should be cleaned with vinegar or any suitable product. I definitely recommend it for any need for hot water quickly.

Great quality kettle and easy to operate
Great kettle. Looks great and it is very easy to operate. The build quality is great and it is a big upgrade to my single temperature kettle. The instructions could be better, so that is why I took off 1 point. I love the hold temperature feature since I will kick it off while I walk my dog and it will hold the temp for a while. It does have an auto shutoff feature which is great

Better than my $195 Fellow Kettle
Absolutely exceptional kettle. I also own a Fellow Kettle at home, this Intasting one is for the office. The crazy thing is that I like this kettle much better than the Fellow kettle. Considering that this kettle is $100 cheaper than my bougie Fellow Gooseneck kettle, that blows my mind.I'm a big texture guy, and th knob is nice and smooth, the capacitive touch buttons are fast and responsive. You can turn off the beeps (love this feature), the display is nice and simple, it's everything I need. Nothing more, nothing less. and it genuinely just looks really good. There's maybe a hair more branding than I like, but thats ok, it's still tasteful. The only thing my Fellow kettle has on it is looks. Objectively I do think the Fellow looks better, but we're comparing a 9/10 to a 10/10. So you won't be trippin on this. But the feel of this Intasting kettle is much more premium, which is shocking. As I mentioned the knobs are nice and smooth, everything is very quick and responsive, the kettle feels solid. My Fellow has a dial that doesn't really click correctly (I've contacted customer service, and they told me to 'click harder and in the center', but my "hot take" is that a button should be able to work without finesse). and the sliding things on the back feel plasticky and cheap on my Fellow.I couldn't be any more stoked on this kettle.

Great quality for the money
Wanted to up my coffee with a hand grinder, scale and this gooseneck kettle. Heats quickly and holds temp and easy to use. I highly recommend. On a side note, I baby this kettle because if you drop it, game over. For the price it isn’t build like a tank.

It's Alright.
Works as intended. The kettle boils in about two minutes, you can change how the temperature is displayed (Celsius or Fahrenheit), and can keep the water warm for a good while.Things to take note of: The temperature measuring isn't perfect (roughly a few degrees off but not too much), and the kettle has a hard time drying out on its own. Not something to worry about for daily use, but if you plan on storing it I would suggest drying it out with a cloth rag.Tldr: Not perfect, but does the job. 8/10
