competitive price, fixed the issue, and fast delivery.However when I tried to contact them regarding an invoice I had no response after messaging twice and having no response I contacted Amazon who contacted them on our behalf, unfortunately they ignored Amazons request as well.My concern would be if you received a faulty product would you get the same very poor customer service, if any ???This is the reason for my low star rating, it has no bearing on the product that was good.

Clip bust on last wire, straightforward replacement

I hadn't realised that a length of one metre actually refers to the length of the coiled wire, rather than its practical length. So the product is rather shorter than I had hoped. but not to worry - it fits the bill OK.
