Nice outcome, weird smell!
I've tried numerous colours over the years and this does give a nice colour and coverage but has a bit of a weird smell which takes a couple of shampoos to get rid of. Other than the smell, a nice product.

Difficult to use
I thought I would try this out as I usually use L'oreal. Firstly, the applicator is too slippy and whereas with L'oreal there is a choice of applicators - a comb or the normal applicator. The comb is a better choice. The container is also too small and if you have hair that is just past your shoulders then you may not have enough colourant to cover your hair. The gloves are also too big for a woman's hands and kept slipping off mine. I found the whole experience frustrating. When I eventually finished and I came to dry my hair, I found it had done its job and my grey roots were covered and the colour was ok. However, I felt my hair wasn't as shiny and it felt dry and dull but this may change when I actually wash it. I feel the company should re-think the container's shape, the gloves and the applicator. Until this changes I will stick with L'oreal!

Waste of time and money
I have bought this product from a supermarket, enticed by the sleek box and by the great fuss that has been made about oil based hair products. It didn't cover ANY of my grey hair. The product must be faulty! I have used many brands in the past but nothing as bad as this. Don't bother with this.

very light blonde, i dont think so
I do wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the product. My hair is 100% grey and I have used dyes before which turned out great. As my 60th birthday is coming up I thought I would treat myself.I read all the instructions and did a skin allergy test which was ok, today I decided to use the Olia dye.Left it on for the prescribed time of 30 minutes, rinsed my hair well, put on the conditioner and rinsed. when I sat down to dry and style my hair instead of it being very light blonde (10.0) It look like I had given myself a purple rinse. I am not happy, what a waste of money. The package looks good, the mixer bottle is alright until you star to put the colour on your hair, the shape makes it almost impossible to hold when you have the dye on your hands. Conditioner not much good either, wont be buying this product again, I should have kept to my original brand.

Does not do what it says on the label
I have been using L'Oreal hair dye for years and have been more than satisfied, however I could not find the new colour I was looking for in the L'Oreal range and Ganier Olia was the closest match (well on the box anyway). This product is awful. The instructions on how to use the product are very straight forward, and application is not a problem, but once you get the dye out of your hair and take a look at your new colour - there is absolutely no difference. My grey is still grey and my dark brown hair is still dark brown.Thank goodness I bought this product from a supermarket on offer and did not pay the price on offer at Amazon. Please dont be fooled by the one star rating I have given this product its simply that I did not have the option of no stars.
