I previously had a similar battery product which was very good but when I needed to change the battery I couldn’t remove the old one. I had no idea rechargeable ones were available but decided to look at it anyway; I was delighted to find one and even more impressed when it arrived. It is even better than the battery one; I charged it overnight and so far it has lasted for several weeks on the one charge. Plus it has face cleanser and massage attachments. A real bargain.

I only discovered that my item is NOT working thought it had run out of charge I know I have had a long time, but I didn't use it when I first purchased it. I can firmly say I have used it less than 10 times. Simply because I am usually in and out of the shower..It's been on charge now for two days... where do I go from here?

Had for several months but not used due to very ill health & 6 weeks in hospital having my left leg amputated. First time i was going to use today. Charged up (supposedly) till green light came on as stated in small instruction leaflet. Low and behold the item does not work at all. So now i've got it still unused and unusable. A complete waste of money which i cant even return as i am completely housebound due to living in a first floor flat and i cant navigate the stairs because of having only one leg. I am not impressed but should have known better than to order it from China. Obviously i wouldn't recommend or buy again. AVOID UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AWAY.

The scrubber works very well and made showering a lot easier, I would have gladly given it 5 stars except in my opinion the battery could have lasted longer, having said that my wife pointed out that I spend too long in the shower so the charge may be more then enough for most people !!!.I would recommend this product
