Is this the oval shape with a black rubber screwed in handle

The one I got was a round one with a plastic plate for inside the lid

Is the attachment screw stainless steel?

Possibly not. After a number of uses, the screw rusted badly and I had to throw away to avoid rust dripping into food.

What is the diameter of the screw?

not sure but it fits our Proline slow cooker perfectly
