Gskill FTB-3500C5-DR Memory Fan Turbulence III 3500RPM, 8.60CFM

Very cool and very bright. No noise from the fans at all. Not sure if it does make a difference. Who cares? Looks amazing if you have a clear side panel.

I can confirm these fans work. The sound is barely noticeable, no complaints there. It's quite tolerable, actually, given the wobbly construction.I do take issue with the construction. In fact, I would have fired the genius who invented the mount. He or she took the word "turbulence" all too literally. The fan should sit firmly across the mounts of all four RAM banks. Instead, it clings to the mount points of the two middle RAM chips. To somewhat counteract this built-in instability, the inventor of this marvel glued a piece of foam to the inside of the "legs" (the two metal wings which are supposed to clutch the RAM banks). This is not what you would call a robust, durable construction. The foam will inevitably wear off and in the process, the fan will deliver on the misguided promise of "turbulence" (you may want to re-read the name).There is no way to adjust the angle of the "legs", because the screws are positioned in a way that virtually ensures no access. The Kingston fan I used before had large screws on top, adjustable with bare fingertips and no tools. It also drew power from the board.This fan draws electricity from the power supply, not the board (you may want to check if you have a spare connection to avoid surprises).All in all, I am surprised that this thing has survived the marketplace for so long at this overstated price point. It goes to show how our society has lost touch with reality. I am not buying any more of these.

The white light is Very! bright. if you can see where it is placed, you will be anoyed buy it.not sure how much of a difference it does, but it is nice to have atleast :)

Ram cooler with two fans powered by molex. This means the fans run at full speed all the time. An earlier reviewer commented 'no noise from the fans at all'. I beg to differ. These fans are very loud. Because it is powered by molex they run at full speed and there is no way to reduce fan speed via software.Looks okay... but far too loud to use daily.

Nice and easy to install, LED's nice and bright only wish they did them in different colours. Felt very secure once fitted and would recommend.

Ho preso queste ventole di G.Skill, visto che ho la Ram della stessa marca, non troppo convinto, invece, dopo aver invertito il flusso delle due silenziose ventole da 50mm illuminate di bianco, quindi facendole soffiare via il calore dai banchi, invece di soffiarci contro l'aria dell'interno del case, toccando con mano letteralmente, ho sentito che la Ram rimane fresca.Consiglio e consiglio anche l'acquisto di un adattatore da anacronistico Molex delle ventole a più moderno mini Molex 3pin da ventole da Pc.

..gibts an dem kühler von mir nichts zu kritisieren. wer s doch tut kommt schon leute.. leicht peinlich nen doppelkühler mit schicker led beleuchtung und integrierter halterung für 16 euro durch kritik auseinanderzunehmen. für den preis krieg ich höchstens n halben noiseblocker black silent 60mm, allerdings gibts den ohne beleuchtung und halterung und auch nicht doppelt. und wenns eben doch zu billig ist investiert eben 60 euro für nen corsair rgb speicherkühler.ich hab mittlerweile schon sehr viel geld für kühlung ausgegeben und das mittlerweile in zweierlei hinsicht da ich zwei rechner laufen hab. da wollt ich mal locker machen was die kosten angeht. ohnehin ist dieser kühler nicht zwingend erforderlich aber für stark übertaktete module ist zusätzliche kühlung eben besser.der doppellüfter geht komplett über meine vier riegel (gskill tridentx, ddr3). das verschafft kühlung. die einheit hebt solang ich das case nicht transportiere. ansonsten fällt der kühler höchstwahrscheinlich ab. ist alles kein pro für die paar euro auch nicht dass die lüfter bei absolut niedriger spannung nicht anlaufen, das tut kein lüfter bis auf n paar ausnahmen.die kühlung ist wiegesagt nicht absolut notwendig aber im sommer ist jede kühlung eine gnade für diverse hardware im gehäuse. und ohne diesen praktischen zusatz an lüftung glüht mein speicher vor sich hin, das verkraftet mein gewissen auf dauer nicht.natürlich machen 50mm lüfter auch mehr db als n cpu kühler mal was den beanstandungsversuch hier noch angeht. dieser entsprechende cpu kühler ist ja bestimmt auch keine 50mm groß oder?? wer davon noch nichts gehört hat, kleine lüfter machen mehr krach, wobei das dann eher hochfrequent ist und als summen gilt. ein 140er high end lüfter kann auch krach machen allerdings mehr in richtung brummen was weniger als direkt "laut" empfunden wird. jedenfalls 16 euro sind geschenkt also bitte lasst s gut sein mit kritik.

G.Skill F4-3200C14D-16GFXを二枚刺しで使用しているが、メモリではなくあくまでM.2の冷却のために購入。　Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GBを、ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING上のCPU直下のソケットにゲーム専用ディスクとして一枚、AIF-08経由でPCIe2.0x4slotにシステム用に一枚挿す構成。本製品を試したかったのはCPU直下側だ。　ペリフェラル接続で回転数はフル。CPUクーラー虎徹2のFANを吸気側に移し、本商品に角度をつけて吹き付けるように設置したところ、CPU直下側のM.2のゲーム時の温度を最大64℃→52℃まで落とす事が出来た。余禄として、VRMの温度もー8℃となった。　元々、件のM.2にはThermal Grizzly TG-M2SSD-ABRを装着し、ケースのDefine R6のエアフローに任せていたが、サイドフローCPUクーラーのデフォルトのFAN位置もあってか冷却し切れていなかったことが良く分かった。　取り付けは、ステー下部の溝の中に緩衝材が貼り付けられていて、その部分をメモリスロットのレバーの突起部分に噛ませて固定する方法で、メモリスロットの片側が固定型用、もしくはGPUとのクリアランス用に薄いステーが付属していた。　SAPPHIREのバックプレート付きのGPUなので干渉を心配したが、付属の薄いステーは使わずデフォルトのステーでも取り付けが出来て、クリアランスも確保できた。多少グラつく感じはあるものの、電源ケーブルをMB-24Vケーブルにインシュロックで固定することで解決した。（付属の薄い板は更に不安定に感じた）　　LEDは他にレビューされている方々と同じく、少々眩しく感じる。ただ、使用しているケースがR6の金属サイド型ということもあって、開けなければどうということはない。メンテ等の照明の足しになるくらいだ。　音に関しても、フル回転しかさせていないが軸音は無し。ケースを開ければ他FANと相まって駆動音はするが、閉めてしまえば私には気にならないレベルだった。　耐久性に関しては、使用して一月も経っては居ないが、私の環境にとってはM.2の冷却に有用なパーツだと云う事は確かなので、FANが消耗しても付け替えるなどして延命していこうと思う。私の環境とは非常にマッチしているので星は5つとさせて頂く。
