Two thumbs (wings?) up!
Love this feeding station, I gave it some time before reviewing to judge it's performance but it's been through rain, snow and high winds and is still looking great - a little rust here and there but that's to be expected living on the coast. There is plenty of room for my 7 feeders and all well spaced from each other, so birds like goldfinches aren't scared off by the rowdy starlings with their suet! In my opinion you couldn't really hang two from each branch as shown for the same reason, as they would then be too close together and cause birdy arguments. The only other thing to be aware of is that the design has changed, so the bottom two branches are now level with each other rather than staggered - I thought it was just mine until I saw other people's real life photos of the tree. Makes no difference to it's performance of course, I'm very happy with it as are my feathered friends!

Elegant, creative, entertaining . . . but it just rusted away
A quite creative version of a bird feeding station, which was relatively simple to put together, and for a few years has delighted us and our visitors with the wide variety of birds visiting to feed. It's a matter of taste, but we think it looks quite elegant, and certainly provides plenty of perching space to allow pecking order activity. It was the only feeding station we could find that provided enough 'branches' to hang three feeders for a variety of seeds, two fatball containers and a water bowl. It did four seasons (purchased December 2011), but by spring 2015 two of the 'branches' had fallen off where rust has attacked the joints that connect to the centre pole. The forlorn looking remains of the feeding station 'tree' continue to serve garden birds, but one of the other rusting 'branch' joints has now fallen off. For a device that's intended to be outside - and stay outside - this has not lasted as long as it is reasonable to expect. When all the branches finally fall off - and fall off they will through progressive rust, we won't replace like for like, but look for an alternative make and design. Incidentally, the other less ornate bird feeding station in the garden has been in place for more than 10 years, with no sign of rust. If you're considering this bird feeding station, be prepared for a short life span!

Badly made. Branch snapped off.
One of the branches snapped less than 24 hours after erecting the feeding station. Went through the 'return' process only to find I would only receive up to about £4.50 on return postage. This is a large and heavy item which will cost me far more than £4.50 to 'post'. Therefore I anticipate I am stuck with a broken item.

A brilliant product
This is a brilliant product! I bought it originally to use for bird feeders, but when I saw it, I decided it would be perfect to hang ornaments, votive candles, solar lights, crystals. It looks so cool.

Bird feeding station
Arrived promptly & easy to assemble. Looks really stylish once you've dressed it with the feeders. Would've had 5 stars but for the fact that it has welded bits of iron on the arms on the part you push into the stem. One of them snapped off but I was still able to get it into the slot. Happy with purchase.

Next best thing to a real tree!
Most feeding stations are simple angular things which look unattractive and frankly, boring. This one is simple enough to assemble, reasonably robust, stable even in the optional patio stand, and looks like it belongs in a garden! We have a shortage of trees in and around our immediate area, and birds are relatively rare visitors. As soon as we installed the Gardman Feeding Station Tree a couple of blue tits appeared and tentatively tried our seed, nuts etc. Previously only blackbirds and pigeons tended to visit our bird table, but now there is a small but noticeable increase in the smaller more interesting birds who come to visit our "tree".Highly recommended item, worth the money.

The best bird feeder display
This is the second time I have bought one of these and I love them. The different 'branches' mean you can have a good mixture of feeders and different food in them and it gets so well used with loads of different birds all together using it.

Good service
Good service from the retailer who had discontinued the item but had a display one without a box, excellent communications from their sales staff. The item was delivered very quickly and well packaged.I liked the shape and quality of the feeding station. Unlike another reviewer I have had no problems with any of the many birds who have come to feed being trapped or hurt. My only criticism is that the branches come out from the pole in pairs with only a few inches between them so if a feeder is hung from the top branch of the pair it cannot hang true due to the lower branch.
