it fit me, as a grown woman. it should be ok unless the head in question is very small. top quality though.

The material s a hard, card-like shell covered in a soft flock-like material. Lovely.

It's hard card with a felt covering and velcro to keep the sides up.

Q: What head size does it fit?

It fitted both myself and a friend , we are very different heights and dress sizes there is a right way to wear it as it is a proper hat shape very good value for the money .

Great for the money

This hat is a lot better than I was expecting. It looks great. I've got for my 5year old son to wear so he can be Captain hook and it isn't very big on him considering it's an adult hat so the fitting is quite small I'd say. He loves it though
