Worst Service Experience Ever – Regret Buying Faber
The media could not be loaded. I regret buying a premium Faber chimney — it has completely failed me, not once but twice.It’s been over 2 months (61 days to be exact) since the DC motor stopped working. I’m a professional, and my kitchen has been completely paralyzed because of this faulty product. The first time, the service was delayed. This second time, it has been a nightmare.I initiated the service request again, and after over a month of back-and-forth emails to Faber and Franke, they kept promising someone would show up “tomorrow.” Today, on the 61st day, I hear from the Kochi service center (Agnicone) that their only service technician apparently met with an accident — is your entire Kochi operation run by just one person?The lack of professionalism and care is appalling. A brand like Faber shouldn’t be selling premium products if it can’t even offer basic after-sales support. My entire kitchen is stuck. I’ve shared this experience with my colleagues and everyone around me already knows what I’m going through. So even if you finally repair it under the 2-year warranty, I will never recommend or buy a Faber product again. Ever.If you’re in Kochi or anywhere nearby, think ten times before buying anything from Faber. They deserve a -5 star rating for this ordeal.
