What is the difference between hunters spice and the Kalahari spice witch one is the best

I agree with Chris and the Kalahari is a biltong spice which is more concentrated. The others are only seasonings but if you can find the original Safari spice by Freddy Hirsch that was the best.

I have checked the list of ingredients and yes it does contain msg.

Anybody know how this differs from the original mix?

The original has a strong white pepper taste and it contains wheat. The Kalahari ha has a more beefy taste with black pepper and coriander
