Good communication and good delivery item as described good value for the price paid.

I purchased this item as it was the closest in size to my existing extractor hood which needed to be replaced. Installation fairly straightforward but beware if replacing existing hood as outlet may be in a different position, as mine was, but fortunately I had sufficient slack on my vent hose. The filter supplied is not thick enough and lifts up when extractor is in use, I have installed better filter and additional tie-down to hold in place. The hood works well, extractor fan is certainly strong enough particularly at full speed. Overall this is a basic hood but does the job and I would recommend.

Ordered with a little trepidation that this would fit, but was really surprised when it arrived within the week. Was so easy to fit even my hubby who is useless at diy had no problems. Would really recommend this product it was a real bargain

Its okay. Good value for money but I suspect it will not last forever but easy to install and does the job. Most important is that it is exactly the same dimensions as my old one.

This product did arrive on time but was damaged !

A poorly finished item with sharp edges to the glass and metal parts. I cut my finger trying to get the filter to fit properly. It is loose and allows grease laden air to enter the unit and foul the motor and everything else inside the housing. There are holes in the metal casing which allow some air to get back into the kitchen. The purpose of an extractor is to vent ALL the greasy cooking fumes and steam to the outside so it should not have any entry point other than through the filter and the only exit through the duct pipe. It is EXPENSIVE because it is so bad. It is not a hood but an extractor unit to fit into a hood.

Excellent product, well made, easy use and change the filter. The fan arrived well ahead of schedule and I fitted it the next day. We use it everyday without any problems so far. I would definitely recomend this product.

It works well and fitted perfectly into the slot vacated by the old MFI extractor fan. the down side is that the body is made from paper thin metal that crumples easily. It has only one light not two as advertised . The sticker placed across the front of the grillcomes away clean when warmed up with a hair dryer.
