i purchased two of these for my daughters as they suffer period pains and they work fantastic also i used one for lower back pain and found on all aspects of relief it works fantastic.the down size is the bottle could do with being a little bigger and the strap a bit longer (for larger people) but a great product for ease of use and pain relief would definitely recomend

I was expecting a full size water bottle but it is a smaller size. The hot water bottle fits in the pouch really easily and the belt keeps it in place. I suffered with knee pains and this is perfect for when I am sitting down as it does not fall off.
