Worked for 4 months, now is dead.
Had it and worked for 4 months and stop working F12 error, 2 engineers came and try to fix it , changed almost everything, still not working, been 3 weeks now, will be another attend to fix it, finger cross, 2 small kids , no washing machine, horrible situation.Can't understand how a new washing machine can broke after just 4 month, just umbeliveble.Please avoid this type of washing machine , I will not buy anything by Hotpoint or from this seller again.

Look out for scratches on the drum.
On my third one now as each machine has arrived with deep scratches on the drum which i'm worried will rust over time, as the engineer has confirmed the stainless steel has been 'compromised'. So agreed to keep it for now with 2 year extended warranty in case it does rust. Otherwise a great machine.
