The hand soap has the best Christmas smell and works phenomenal! I only gave it 2 stars because the hand soaps tree is all scratched and the white trim is scratched off in places. The soap did not come in any container. I think it was just thrown in the Amazon bag. The lid was loose and some of the soap was spilled. Unfortunately even though I love it, I won't be purchasing it again.

Ordered 2 of these. Did not arrive in perfect condition - one arrived with the top of the pump off. Found the top lying at the bottom of the delivery box. It couldn't be replaced and as the soap was now pouring out of the top I couldn't send it back. Very disappointed as it was a present for a friend. The product has a fairly nice smell but I was disappointed that the plastic bottle (made to look like Xmas tree) was clear in colour. The liquid contents were coloured green, making it hard to reuse next Xmas. At the moment I can't think of a hand wash that would give the same effect. Also, the pump top will be difficult to replace because of its size.

This is a very handsome (quite large) soap dispenser... however unfortunately the pump doesn't work and there is no way of complaining to the company! Great as a decoration... but not to actually use!!

This looks very good although for a Christmas present so not used yet. Larger than I expected and I'm sure recipient will be pleased with this gift.

Everyone commented on how lovely the container was and the beautiful pine smell of the soap. Will definitely be ordering this again.
