I know it works
I am 62 and have had all day you may as part of my diet for about 3 years now. I know it works because when I take it daily I have no issues with arthritis but if I miss it for 3 days then my arthritis really starts to affect me but after 2 days back on it the arthritis goes away. I am not a doctor or a nutritionist I just know what it does for me.

Great product but dont expect the canister to be filled
This is the second canister I have purchased, once from the direct sight and once from amazon. Neither canister came filled; instead they were filled halfway. I do not know if this is the norm for such a product but considering the price, I expected more physical substance BUT this product really works so it balances out.

Love this brand 🥰But after trying other ammino's by other companiesThis isn't as goodAll day you may is a bit chalky 😝 in comparison to others. & the 3 scoops- its not cost effective 🙄Ghost ammino's mixes so much better for example & has an amazing taste 🤤
