I’ve ordered these before and they’re very good. Unfortunately, the next time I order them, they will be under tariff.

It's not always easy to keep fresh mushrooms on hand or from spoiling when you only cook for yourself, so sometimes canned mushrooms are the way to go. Unfortunately most aren't that great tasting, but I've found some good ones in the Asian varieties and stores ... except inventory is hit or miss, and lately the stores have been in a miss. These little Shimeji mushrooms are much tastier than one might think, very similar to Enoki and Beech. Yes the can makes them a little slippery, but they have nice easy flavor and texture without being slimy or too salty from the brine. Not as strong as shiitake and not as mild or plain as buttons. They're great for snacking and the smaller can size is just enough to cover a pizza or add to a salad, also keeps well sealed in the fridge for several days soaking in the brine. Yummy and not terribly expensive by the case.

Great mushrooms , bit chewy. They add nice texture to recipes. Just wish the expiration had been further out since you are buying such a large quantity at a time.

I rinse these in the can to get rid of any extra salt, or at least some of some of it.I like adding them to stirfries and Italian dishes. They’re convenient, and add another texture and umami taste to whatever I’m making.

Little rubbery, but still good.

No flavor bad texture

Two cans of these went into my chicken stir fry tonight. LEVEL UP!These were freaking delicious. Their woodsy and Smokey undertones came through.I am picky about my shrooms. They did not disappoint. They gave a meaty quality to my dish. Ordered another box today.These are next level delicious!
