Bought this to replace lidded bucket to avoid overnight trips to loo when camping.Only used for liquids so far fdore two adults - needs emptying every 2-3 days and this is easy.Glad we bought the lower capacity version as it fits well in our car but is a bit low and suspect the higher one (20l) may be more comfortable but this size is ideal for us.Only used so far for 1 week but no leaking problems or drips provided it is dried around seal before the bottom section is lifted.Empties easily - we use Ecover toilet fluid around bowl to keep smelling fresh but nothing in flush compartment.Only mistake I made was to completely fill the top flush compartment on arrival and it was probably over half full at end of week making it heavy to move as a whole unit to keep out of way during day when not required.Would highly recommend this if you need a portable toilet which is compact,effective and neat

As medical issues leave older members of my family feling insecure about car travel due to toilet requirements this was been a very useful item. Also bought an instant pop-up pup tent for privacy, and now it can be used at the roadside in an emergency.No leaks,or smells,(so far) easy to clean, and stored in the car boot, as it's compact.Piece of mind for all the family.

I'm 20 stone and 54, I tend to break things when I sit on them, this was fine.I thought it was going to be a bit low for squatting on but that was fine, strength when sat on also fine. Top lid and seat are a bit flimsy so care when lifting would be advisable. Flush does need a bit of pressure to use but my wife with arthritis manages ok.In essence, this loo is a half-height base with a full height top so only half fill the top section at most. The top is the bowel so can't really be smaller. Reducing the base height reduces drop height so to speak, ie what comes out may have issue fitting in the depth of the base without a bit of a shake of the loo after. Currently, we've had no issues but some may want to consider the full height unit for that consideration.

Put it in my campervan for emergency not used it yet but nice and compact and fits under the rock and roll bed

Does what it says on the box! Easy clean. Easy empty.
