How many bendable joints are there on the product as the review says missing joint?

Just one - I ordered two of these - both have only one joint. Even though they cam with a manual saying two.

The stand advertising shows 2 hunger and 5 retentions but the product received only has 1 hinge and 4 extensions. Why it it's different product?
