Amazing but not fully silent
Functions are good and I know about this product installation quality is good but it charged very high amount and this product gave us Knowledge about the chimney and this is value for money product but is not noise reducetant we ordered silence but it has some noise build quality is ok and installation quality is bad.

Dishonour of warranty.
I Purchased this Faber chimney on 25.04.2023. It has had a 2-year warranty as per the product description. The product in my Amazon account order is showing the warranty is valid till 17.04.2025.Since the Chimney has started giving problems since the last week of March 2025 I Informed Faber customer service. But when their service team reached my home they refused to honor the warranty claiming it had only a 1-year warranty. Surprisingly during the phone conversation with the customer service in charge of Faber (Durgapur, West Bengal ) when I expressed my desire to raise the issue with Amazon he told me if I called them again for service I would be charged double, one for the current visit and one for the next visit.I have lodged a complaint to Faber against its customer service.Raising warranty dishonor issue with Amazon....will update laterUpdate: Nine days passed since I raised the issue. Nothing happened. I will give a final update on 17th April the last day of my warranty.Final update :The matter was resolved to my satisfaction around the first week of May and the full credit went to Amazon. It is not possible to describe everything here but Amazon fulfilled its promise made at the time of sale.Regarding the company, I exchanged emails and had direct phone conversations with the company officials and my experience was shocking and beyond my imagination.
