Not the same mix as advertised - and for that price it should have been, because I bouht it for the two star patterns assuming that even if one wasn’t there, the other would be. More fool me I guess.The gold bits are a ‘glittering’ gold, if that’s what you’re after. But the material’s really thin - not like the slightly weighty stuff you’d get in a craft shop, you know what I mean? (In the second photo above, I held up the tartan and you can see the water bottle through it even in a poorly lit room). There’s also a ratty bite in one piece where the cutter must have got stuck or something, and the snowflake’s got a huge deep crease across it.Not saying to be rude or anything - just know that for some people that stuff might really matter if you’re doing quilts and stuff.

Unlike some other materials I have received from other sellers, the Always Knitting & Sewing Christmas mixes, red and green, have been good quality and lovely patterns. I feel confident in ordering from them when I see their name.

Good selection of colours but some were off the straight and therefore I had to waste material cutting them straight before use. They were good for the money charged and helped me complete a small patchwork project.

A useful selection of fabric pieces. I have not used any yet but am planning decorations, bunting, that sort of thing. Good quality and complimentary colours and designs.

Love these squares, I make pot holders with them and give them as Xmas gifts. I place a gift inside too and the pot holder serves as wrapping too
