Speedy delivery by courier van and well packaged. Vacuum wrapped, but very soon opens out to a bed sized heavy orange sponge mattress. A pleasant vanilla smell which dissipates on airing for a week or so .Very comfortable to sleep on, after getting used to the 'soggy' feel, and it has certainly reduced my back pain. It does get very warm (which has been fine in the very cold weather) and the internet suggests using a special mattress cover, which i have sent for., which should make it feel less hot. They also recommended a lighter tog duvet on top of it. The mattress is the same on both sides, so i turn it around and over frequently, to avoid any permanent indentations forming. So far it springs back well after use, and has not gone lumpy or hard. Very good value mattress topper. Thank you.

I was disappointed that the topper was smaller than my matress. It didn't have any means of keeping it in place and every day I have to drag the topper back into position. I expected more for the in excess of £80 I paid for the single topper. In fairness it is comfortable but I worry about falling out of bed when it moves beyond the matress and the bed base leaving an overhang.

The price is good and delivery was on time. The smell only lasteD for a few days and fitted my double bed (UK). Only problem is that it doesn't provide enough support as I expected from a 4 inch topper. The density of the foam is on the lower spectrum, making it more like plain foam. I have had good sleep though, but I don't like to be sleeping in a hole in the bed. This lack of support get annoying while sitting on the bed.

I bought this for my husband who has Parkinson’s. It is comfortable but my husband found it difficult to sit up or turn over as it was way too soft so I have had to buy a firm mattress. However my son had this on his bed now and loves it

I bought this memory topper, thinking that because it was alot more expensive than my last one that it would be better. Well it's not, there are creases in the foam the whole topper sinks in at the edges so now im going to either have to consider buying a cover to see if that helps keep it in place or just buy another cheepo. Not happy as I really need a memory topper but funds are low. I've been using it for over a month now so have gave it a fair chance.

Well arrived on time, and wasn't too hard to extract from the wrapping and avoid cutting the material.Not as firm as I had hoped, but comfortable.Lack of a cover does make it look cheap and shoddy, bur a mattress protector hides that failing.I did notice that you cannot sleep to close to the edge of the bed, as you are likely to fall out do to the foam giving way at the edge.

After 9 months its still in one shape , so yes a good item

Comfy. Came without case but was refunded half the cost so that was okay. Has transformed my bed
