I got a 500g bag of this garlic powder as an Add-On item and I'm so glad I did! I used a little in a meal I made yesterday and the taste was great! I realised that a little goes a long way, which makes this already good value garlic even better value so I'm very happy about that! If I bought the equivalent weight of garlic powder from a well-known brand that's widely available in supermarkets, etc, it would cost so much more. I had toyed with the idea of buying the 1kg bag initially but I'm glad I didn't because the 500g bag will last me awhile but I'll definitely be reordering when I run out.

Tastes like garlic but a little bitter.
Fresh garlic can also taste bitter depending on how you cook with it, but this powder has a bitter edge whatever you do with it if to much is used. Used in small quanitities it's ok, but will never replace a fresh clove.
