We have been using this product for about a month now. It works great. Heats up evenly and easy for anyone to operate. We liked it so much we gave it as a gift to a friend. We hope to purchase our third piece soon.

My wife and I are Ethiopians. We gave a 4 star for the grill not because we found any defect or a problem, but because we used it only for baking injera (Ethiopian & Eritrean version of Pita) until now; regarding injera it's a 5+ star. we will also try to make bread (Himbasha), which we love, and hope it will be perfect as it is for the injera. We used it here in the US. About 15 to 20 minutes to warm between 200 and 250 heat mark on the grill, greased it with a little-bit of oil using paper towel and we got a perfectly beautiful injera right from the first shot all the way until the last drop of the dough. Some times we even go up to the 300 degree heat when it cools down in the process. Ours is a pure "Teff" flour not mixed with any other grain which makes it difficult to bake. Yet, NIAT did a great job. We definitely recommend it. Wonderful job Bereket. Thank you for serving us in this way. We encourage you to continue exploring some other innovations too.

I purchased this to re-heat injera that I freeze for storage, but it ended up staying on my counter type. I use this thing every day. It heats evenly and quickly, and is completely non-stick. I am an avid cook and rarely review items on Amazon but this item is now my most used kitchen item and i love it.

I bought this mogogo (or what they're calling a "grill") to make injera but I'm very dissatisfied with it. The material it's made out of is very cheap for a $150 price! The lid is very light and I expected it to be heavy duty like the last mogogo I had. The lid is made of aluminum, and it started to rust right away. I don't feel comfortable making injera, a food that is going to be consumed, on a rusty material. I want my money refunded!

Pros: Simple to use, easy to clean. Temperature control is built into the power supply. Only need to wipe with a damp, soft paper towel to clean once cooled down. No dish soap or scraping necessary, which would in fact do more harm than good.Cons: Potential hazard around small children due to heat. I strongly suggest that users never leave unattended while turned on. And of course read the manual before first time use. Basically just use common sense - treat it the same as you would a stove top.Overall, I bought it so I could make injera. And it did exactly what it's supposed to.

my mitad arrived and seemed it was damaged during shipping. The seller was very quick to respond to my concern and communicated effectively and readily. All things were taken care of to my satisfaction. The seller was very pleasant and easy to work with and I'm very pleased with the pan and how it works for making injera. The plug is quite hard to push in and pull out from the pan, however it is far better than being too loose and there is no flaw or problem with it. It just takes some muscle. Thank you to the seller for responding so quickly and taking care of the problem I originally had. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

We received this grill as a Christmas gift and have only used it a few times, but we love it so far! The temperature control is easy to use and it heats up quickly. I've found it very easy to clean as well, just a quick wipe down needed with the non-stick coating. I'm excited to try some new things!
