I purchased the 'two straps with contoured cups' version of this eye mask, and I liked it so much that I bought another in case I lost the first! The mask is soft, the silk is smooth, it's easy to hand-wash, and it comes in a little pouch (handy for packing in a suitcase). The contour is very subtle, but it's just enough to stop the mask pressing onto the eyelids, which is great if your eyes are easily irritated or you're wearing eye make-up on a journey. When I first received the mask, I thought the fit didn't work as the cutout for the nose didn't appear to be in the right place so it hurt the bridge of my nose (& I have a relatively small nose!), but then I loosened the straps right off, and now it works well at blocking light and I get a comfortable night's sleep. The only issue I've found with the eye-mask is that it transfers a small amount of colour onto white hotel pillowcases... but I haven't noticed any colour transfer onto our own light-coloured bedding, which is slightly strange! I use the mask most nights and if I lose it, I'll be buying another :)

Being blind and having bad reaction to light and other issues I needed something I could use inside and outside. I also use it to hide my eyes. I found this to work absolutely perfectly. They stop ALL light. And this was tried and tested by those in my family who have vision and no light gets in at all! And the comfort is so good. Not like the others where your eyes rub on the inside and get sweaty. These are a comfortable fit all round. I absolutely love how they came and how fast they came. I would Highly recommend these to anyone for the same reason I purchased them or for long flights or having to sleep during the day. The comfort factor alone is enough to convince me to buy another pair in the future to have one in my handbag and one for in the house. Thank you

The light blocking is great, even in a brightly lit room it provides total darkness.The memory foam is comfortable & provides a good fit against the face, my eyelashes don't brush against the inside too much.It has a link for the strap by the ear & can be uncomfortably placed so it pinches or digs in.The strap is thin elastic & after a few uses it began to bunch up, the strap does not hold it in place well & it moves around allot. If you are like me & tend to move your head allot during sleep you will find it displaces from your eyes.Providing a thicker strap would have helped to hold it in place & increased comfort as would placing the link around the back as oppose to above the ear.

I don't usually write reviews but I have been compelled to by how bloody excellent this eye mask is.As summer has rolled around the nights have gotten shorter and the sun has started appearing far too early and far too bright to the point where my curtains can't handle it.If I don't get 8 hours of sleep I am not a happy bunny so after a few days or being sleep deprived I snapped and splashed out on this head bra looking thing.Worth every penny and more, I can't put a price on a goods night sleep but apparently it's £16. I don't usually have lie ins and try and wake up at 0800 every day but I write this following an accidental 2 hour lie in thanks to this miracle of modern science and product design.10/10 saved my life an marriage.

When I received this to replace a similar one I thought it was great as it blocked out all light and didn't have a nose flap but one of the metal fixings moves to make the band at the back adjustable but the other fixing doesn't. It is only about an inch or so from the left hand side of the eye socket bit so it actually is right behind the top of your ear and digs in when you are asleep. If you move the band up your head the mask doesn't fit properly over the eyes. I've been woken up twice now with a huge pain where the metal fixing is digging in. Such a shame as it's definitely a good mask otherwise. If both metal fixings/adjusters moved it would solve this problem.

I was really excitedly awaiting this delivery and this item has managed to exceed my expectations. I went for a nap as soon as I received it, that’s how impatient I was!The product is of great quality, sleek, comfortable, and most importantly, does the job more than very well. It is literally PITCH BLACK once you have it on and it doesn’t even feel like you are wearing anything. Also because it allows you to open your eyes freely when on, it doesn’t feel any sort of restrictive.I would highly recommend it to anyone with sleep issues due to brightness (which is the case in most places in the UK - I mean, real blinds do not exist in this country). Definetely the best sleep mask in the market. Super comfortable and your eyelids don't touch it thanks to the pads surrounding your eyes. Provides complete darkness and a lot of comfort. Being from Spain living in the UK these are extremely helpful because for some reason in northern Europe there are no such things as window blinds. In my home back in Spain I can achieve full room darkness at any time of the day. But here in the UK from 6am, even with courtains, you would be able to find your way around the room and I find it impossible to sleep if not with complete darkness. Why is it like that I fail to understand but thankfully this mask works like a charm.

I'm a chronic insomniac and thought I'd try this mask, why not, nothing else helps.It's very very comfortable, with an adjustable head strap, once fitted it blocks out light completely, but without making you feel restricted.It is light weight and breathable.I have actually fell asleep several times wearing the mask, and woke up shortly after, but as I had the mask on, it was still "completely dark" and i was able to lie still and drift back off. Something I haven't done in years.This mask certainly doesn't cure insomnia, but on those rare nights I do sleep it has helped it be good quality, restful sleep & that is worth it!
