So Light and comfortable!
I usually wear a 7 1/2 in closed shoes and a 7 in sandals. I have a wide toe area and a narrow heel/ankle, so finding shoes to fit are a problem. I decided to get the 7W, because I wanted some comfortable walking shoes that I could wear on vacation. These are flats to me. Real flats usually kill my feet, something about the arch, I guess. I usually wear a minimum of 3" heel to work. Platforms are my favorites.Anyway, I could SWEAR these were a size 8 by the way they fit. There is quite a bit of shoe hanging past my toe, but the wide width probably made some of the difference. The shoe was a little floppy on my foot, but I wanted some room for swelling anyway, so I decided to keep them, because they are SO COMFORTABLE, and unbelievably light-weight.After wearing them the first warm day, I was glad I kept them, by the end of the day my feet had swollen into the shoes and they were still quite comfortable. I love them for wearing with my shorter pants, shorts and casual summer dresses.

Poor strap construction makes sandal unwearable!
This sandal has a major defect that has to be corrected or it should be discontinued. It's gorgeous to look at and I picked the heel strap for added support. Unfortunately, what a previous reviewer said is correct: the strap is way too short and, once fastened, is too loose around the back. The shoe was the right size as the front part fit fine and the length was right. I may give Clarks another try but I'm very reluctant to buy shoes on-line any more. I had to pay $14.00 in postage to return the shoe as I couldn't print out the label provided. What a disappointment!

Own dozens of Clarks--this is too narrow and material stiff/ not comfy
Own dozens of Clarks--this is too narrow and material stiff/ not comfy. I'm on my feet all day at work, and have invested a lot in the Clark line $$$$. Love them, usually. Maybe it's the color that made the leather too stiff and not comfy. Or this style that isn't as wide as others. But normally love Clarks--these are not as comfy, the straps dig and don't give at all. Not for someone on feet a lot. Too bad. Very nice looking, and other "bendables" worked just fine.

Whar's wrong with these shoes
I am disappointed with this puchase. The top front feels hard and inflexible. Could it be too much stitching that makes it feel so hard on my feet? The sling that goes over the heel is too low. It feels as though the shoes will fall off my feet at any time while walking. The ankle strap does not help no matter how tightly it is pulled. Please Clarks, make all your shoes like the "Lexi Elm!" or the "un.galley." I cannot return these shoes because of where I live. The cost to return would be that of a next pair of new shoes.

Loved the right sandal
Loved, loved, loved the right foot sandal. I walked around on it for a while and just kept looking down to see how well it fit and how comfortable it was. I wear a narrow shoe and had not been able to find one for a long time. I had just been wearing athletic shoes which of course I can tie the laces to fit my feet. Well, I thought I better put the left one on so that both feet are on the same level and I was afraid I would get my back out. I could tell a difference immediately. Visually the sewing of the straps was obviously different. It should have been caught in production since you could see the difference. It wasn't painfully uncomfortable but it just didn't fit exactly right.

Great for narrow feet
I bought this item in pewter in a 7.5 narrow. I have narrow feet, hence I've always had tremendous trouble getting sandals that won't fall off my feet. It's very frustrating because basically nothing in a regular store fits me. I found these shoes in narrow and tried them because I like Clarks. I must admit that at first, they seemed narrow even for me. But after wearing them a week or two, the leather stretched beautifully. Next thing I knew, it was like they became an extension of my feet.I am a 53 year old women who's had a knee replacement. I need comfortable shoes that happen to be narrow and stylish which is not easy to find. These sandals are pretty and delicate, look nice with my work clothes, yet I can wear them with jeans and they always look nice. I would advise, however, if your feet run even slightly wide, you may want to buy this particular shoe in wide. It worked out well for me, but even the narrow version of this sandal runs pretty narrow.

Clarks seldom fail!
I have a large foot and have a hard time finding shoes. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis in the tops of my feet and my ankles meaning I have to be extra careful in the selection of my shoes. When the podiatrist delivered this information he was going to suggest brands of shoes to try and then looked at the shoes I'd been wearing coming into his office and said "oh good! I was going to suggest Clarks but you already know them." Yes, doc, I have been wearing them for years. These sandals are no exception. They are comfortable and cute and a solid and true size and width.

Perfect for my back/balance problems.
I was a little leery about buying shoes without trying them on first. My fears were unfounded, as the shoes fit perfectly.I have problems with balance. Most of the time I wear athletic shoes, but there are some times that I need to wear something a bit less casual. I need a sandal that has a heel height that is high, but not too high, because of back problems.Clark's Lexi Norwich fills the bill. They are extremely comfortable, and the strap across the ankle adds some support. If Clarks ever makes a similar shoe with dressier details, I would get them in all colors.
