Would 100 percent recommend anyone getting this it's fixed my toilet in my moterhome

I have a Thetford C260 toilet cassette in my caravan. After 7 years the original mechanism broke and fell to pieces, very inconvenient while we’re are away in our caravan. I ordered this Cantondz replacement as I couldn’t source one locally for less than £30 more than the cost of this. It arrived the next day, very well packaged. After a careful inspection it looks identical to the one I’m replacing and they both have the same part numbers embossed in the plastic of the main component and the slide. The mechanism, as mentioned in other reviews, is stiffer than the original out of the box but, I gradually unscrewed the retaining screw seen in the picture with the white nylon washer beneath until it became a lot easier to operate. I gave the mech and the seals a good spray with PTFE lubricant before fitting it into the cassette, which was as easy as fitting the original. Despite the identical appearance, when I tried the slide off the old mechanism in the new one, it wouldn’t fit, the old one being fractionally too wide. The bigger of the two white nylon components supplied doesn’t fit the C260 mechanism either, so I think it must be for the C250 cassette. Thetford put a three year warranty on their toilet cassettes and I got seven years out of mine so, if this lasts a similar length of time I’ll be well pleased. I’ve not posted any pictures of the old mechanism for comparison purposes as it wasn’t a pretty sight despite thorough cleaning so, compare the pictures of this new one with your broken one.****DON’T READ ON IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE THOUGHT OF BODILY FUNCTIONS AND NUMBER TWO’S*****After emptying and thoroughly flushing the cassette and then retrieving and examining the broken parts of the old mechanism, I now realise that the toilet should be used with the flap open, my bad. The circular flap valve and its support structure is clearly not designed to support any weight at all!!!

Very good just replacing top, instead of buying a new cassette.

Fitted perfectly, it would’ve helped if there were some simple instructions.

I wasted my money on this item. It really isn't compatible it was difficult to use and actually caused the cogs to jump so the toilet wouldn't open fully.I had to buy an actual Thetford replacement which works really well. It rarely pays to buy a less expensive product. Be warned!
