Yes, it will. I have a 120-gallon tank 48" x 24" with an internal overflow. The product is very sturdy and very well made. what I didn't like was the screen material, it's ok but I changed to a more flexible black screen.

Does the 48” kit come with the hardware needed for the cross support bar in the middle?

Yes is does for 1, two foot support bar across the middle.

Will this fit a reefer 350?

It will . You will be making it with parts provided.I have 2 lights and needed to order extra parts to accommodate that.

I don’t need the big center cut out is that able to be removed and recustomized from the standard 48x18?

Yes the aluminum frame comes 2 long for front and back and 2 shorter for left and right side and DIY the cutouts
